In-Person Class: The Six Secrets of Viral Stories

  • Hugo House Seattle USA (map)

Six principles work the engine of virality, making readers not only finish a story, but feel compelled to post it everywhere with the message, “You’ve got to read this!” In this class, taught by the author of an essay Elle described as going “super-viral,” you’ll examine viral stories, study one principle of virality each week, and learn to incorporate these tools in a finished work of your own. We’ll also read Made to Stick by Chip and Dan Heath.

We meet every Wednesday at 7:10 p.m. to 9:10 p.m.
